TOPカテゴリー投稿の時に設定して下さい。
● attention － TOP-PAGE のTOP記事のタイトルを赤字で表示
● AutoPriority — 重要記事の場合に、10 前後を設定してください。
（10だと10日に一回、又は5日に一回tweetされます）
● From － TOP/Tweet 表示・開始日
● To － TOP/Tweet 表示・終了日

TO（終了日）を必ず入力してください。
Blank だと エラーメッセージが出ます
From（開始日）は任意です。
設定さえていると、その日にツイートが開始されます。
Blank だと 投稿当日にツイートされます。
＊ From/To の入力は 2020-07-01 のフォーマットになります
インプット時に、カレンダーが表示されますのでそれを使用してください
